The Academy have a proven track record in achieving outstanding academic results. We are a subcontractor to JACE training and we are funded by the ESFA.
Courses
Level 3 BTEC National Extended Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development (equivalent to 3 A-Levels)
Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development (equivalent to 2 A-Levels)
Functional Skills in English and Maths where required

The Level 3 BTEC Diplomas in Sport are two-year courses, requiring between 14-18 hours of study per week. The course includes many different areas of employment in the sports sector, and is perfect for those aspiring to a career in sport, whether on or off the pitch.
The learning environment is driven by technology through the latest computer hardware, software and online services. The course will be taught within a variety of learning environments. Using a mixture of classrooms, computer suits, gym and stadium pitch facilities.
Laptop computers
Each student is provided with the use of a fully loaded laptop computer for the course.
Internet connection
The entire Academy site is connected to the internet through a dedicated lease-line direct to the telephone exchange. Many times wider than fibre broadband, this is the widest and fastest internet connection available.
Classroom
The Academy classrooms are modern and equipped with high-speed wireless internet and 85″ led presentation screens.
Google for Education
The Academy provides every student with a Google for Education online account and software suite. Students can access their accounts from the Academy classrooms, from home, from their mobile phones, or anywhere they can access the Internet.
Academic Results
We are proud to have one of the best academic records in the UK with a 100% pass rate for the last three years. Every one of our University applicants were also successful in getting a place at Uni, the vast majority at their first choice University.
Open Day Trials
Want to find out more? Why not spend a few hours at the Academy to experience what its like, speak to the coaches and tutors and meet the existing students. There’s no need to take part in the football trial should you be looking towards an “off the pitch” career
Leisure time
Academy students can enjoy extensive leisure facilities before and after classroom and pitch sessions. Many students arrive early and stay late to play table tennis or use our PlayStation rigs.

Once you have registered then will provide you with a letter to give to your existing school to explain your absence. Open Trials are held on Fridays.
