The Women’s first team is the club’s primary development plan for the coming season.
We intend to provide our players with the highest standard of facilities, coaching and support because we will expect the team to deliver success on the pitch. Our target is promotion in our first season.
Our Women’s first team will play and train at the Colston Avenue Stadium.
Players will not pay subs of any kind, Training and playing kit is provided.
You will be treated as professional players.
We will rapidly grow support for the team by providing free admission to all fans to women’s fixtures . We will be encouraging all of our 500 junior players and their families to come out on a Sunday to support you. We will be inviting men’s first team fans to support you on Sundays and promoting your games through social media campaigns – driven by our new social media manager. Games will be videoed with the VEO video system and made available for review at coaching.
Carshalton Athletic Women’s first team is one of our most ambitious projects to date, we as a club will invest in its success.
We are holding open trials over the summer. If you are a talented and ambitious player, then we would invite you to come down and meet us, look at our facilities, see how we work and enjoy the friendly environment.
