Registration and collection procedures
(Applies to holiday soccer camp)
Registration
Children should preferably be accompanied by a parent or guardian when registering for holiday club every morning.
The child should not be left to enter the building on their own, it is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensue the child is properly registered upon arrival.
Collection
Parents must not enter the ground before the official collection time of 3.30pm. All doors and gates will be locked.
At 3.30pm parents will queue at the entrance to the registration building and we will check credentials against the information provided at registration.
The person collecting the child must provide the password given upon registration.
The ground is covered by 32 CCTV cameras
